Last night the Squadron dined-in our new OC (Fg Off Mark Blackshaw) and dined-out our previous OC (Flt Lt Karen Barfield). Unfortunately Karen couldn’t attend, but that didn’t stop the cadets learning about mess etiquette and formal dining dos-and-don’ts, before having a wonderful military mess style meal.
A great time was had by all, with fine food and social activities. The cadets held a “paper plate” award at the end of the evening for awards such as “Best Trouser Creases”.
