FLIGHT SYSTEM

The squadron is organised into three groups or "flights" of cadets.  Harrier, Typhoon, and Tucano flight.

The Recruit Training Flight is called "Tucano" flight, as it is a training aircraft. The other two flights are named after modern RAF aircraft.

Each flight is managed by a Cadet Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (Cdt SNCO).  Harrier and Typhoon flight are sub-divided into two sections with a Cadet Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (Cdt JNCO) in charge of each section.  Cadet Flight Sergeants and Cadet Warrant Officers oversee the running of the entire unit.
