WHAT WE DO

The squadron exists to provide it's personnel with an interesting, challenging and worthwhile use of their spare time.

Without our adult volunteers the squadron would not exist.  Without our young people the squadron would not exist.  We are mutually exclusive and work together to achieve excellence.

OUR AIMS

1. To promote and encourage a practical interest in aviation and our air force.

2. To provide training which will be useful, both in service and civilian life.

3. To foster the spirit of adventure and to develop the qualities of leadership and good citizenship

SQUADRON PRIORITIES

Keep the training safe ... while keeping our sense of humour.
Take care of each other ... and respect each individual's personal space.

SQUADRON "RULES OF ENGAGEMENT"

Our first response will be "yes".
All visitors to the unit will be treated in a courteous manner.
We will lead by facts, not opinions.
We will lead for success not to avoid failure.
Our assumption is that every person wants to do a good job.
Internal teamwork comes first.

GETTING THE JOB DONE

We do what we say we will do.
We won't work harder, we'll work smarter.
When in doubt, ask "how can I be most effective in accomplishing the task?"
